My passion with writing this blog started with reviews I wrote in Facebook groups about my orders from iherb. Decaffeinated hazelnut flavored tea
Teeccino Roasted Herbal Tea Medium Roast Hazelnut Caffeine Free
For a long time now, my friend has been talking about this tea and urging me to buy it, so I finally gave in and ordered it. There are 25 tea bags of hazelnut flavored by Teeccino. The tea is made from organic plants, hazelnuts and roasted almonds. The tea contains roasted French chicory root that gives a stronger and richer flavor than regular coffee. The tea does not contain caffeine but it gives a boost of energy thanks to its nutrients.
The tea is nice but I didn’t “fall off the chair” as my girlfriend says. It has a powerful and lovely hazelnut flavor. I didn’t feel any kind of “energy boost” after drinking from it.

Natural Magnesium Deodorant

As part of my search for an effective deodorant that does not contain aluminum and baking soda, I came across THIS magnesium deodorant. I’ve heard a few times about using liquid magnesium as a deodorant and even tried Philips magnesium once but using it was inconvenient. This deodorant comes in a stick and is 100% natural, it has only 4 ingredients: almond oil, bee honey, magnesium and sandalwood. It does not contain aluminum, baking soda, parabens, phthalates and triclosan. Baking soda can be very effective in preventing odors but most people develop sensitivity to it really quickly (like me) and it’s really unpleasant.
So far I’ve used the Weleda deodorant I ordered from Look Fantastic and it’s really excellent! It has a good fresh lemony smell and it works well. But that’s already for another post. The magnesium deodorant is a stick that I usually don’t like, I’m used to a roll deodorant, but I decided to give it a try anyway because if it really works well, it’s worth the “suffering” of a second and a half to apply a stick. In the meantime, I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks and it manages to prevent me from smelling for almost a whole day. I don’t know how sweaty you are, but I… Even the most unnatural deodorant with full of aluminum and other bad substances, still sweating after a few hours. And this deodorant really amazes me! It lasts a long time and with no bad smell. It has only 4 natural and harmless ingredients, it does not have baking soda that causes irritation to a lot of people.
And with all this, to me 3 weeks is not enough time to gauge the success of a deodorant, still can develop sensitivity and extraversion that is still relatively winter. I’m already ordering another one because I think it’s really successful so far and I want to keep trying it. Of course, I will update you if there are any new developments. In the meantime, I recommend that you also try.

I absolutely love Weleda products! This is our regular diaper ointment, Weleda excellent diaper balm contains calendula extract and helps soothe irritated skin in the diaper area. The ointment contains natural ingredients and is free of parabens, phthalates and synthetic fragrances. Warmly recommended!

Magnesium Citrate supplement

First, as mentioned, the information in the post does not replace medical advice. Do you know that foot contracts? So you’re probably deficient in magnesium. Magnesium aids in the absorption of calcium by helping calcium reach bones. In addition, magnesium contributes to metabolism and improves the functioning of muscles and nerves in the body. After consulting with a doctor, I realized that magnesium citrate is better absorbed than the other types, and also that the recommended amount for me is 400 mg, and with this information I went looking for it on iHerb.
At iHerb I found a lot of options but when I went into the depth of each type, I discovered that you have to take 3-4 pills a day. 4 pills a day??!?!?!?!?! There’s no way I’ll remember that many times and I don’t want to take 4 times a day either. So I found this Solgar supplement – it has 120 pills and you have to take 2 a day, which is the least I’ve found.

A soft toothbrush that helps protect children’s tooth enamel and delicate gums. The really cool thing here is that the brush clings to the countertop and it helps a lot to maintain hygiene of the brush! I ordered it for my 1 year and 3 month old daughter, the package contains 4 brushes and the price is really funny only $2!

Orajel My Little Pony Training Toothpaste with Toothbrush
I’ve heard a lot about this toothpaste, I realized it’s pretty good, and the package came out at a really affordable price, so even though I already bought 4 toothbrushes I added another one here, the toothpaste is suitable for children from 3 months to 4 years old, it does not contain fluoride and therefore it is safe to swallow in the minimum amount that is supposed to be put on the brush. The Toothpaste helps to clean children’s teeth, it does not contain gluten, parabens, milk or SLS, and it does not cause erosion of the tooth enamel. The brush has extremely soft bristles and can be disinfected by pouring boiling water.

Folic Acid Supplement

Also mentions here that the information does not replace medical advice. Folic acid is very important for the body and especially for women who are pregnant or during the reproductive period, because it helps prevent malformations in the fetus. Folic acid is recommended by the doctors during pregnancy usually in the amount of 400 mcg, but for me the doctor recommended 5 mg and there is no such amount in iHerb. in the meantime I am satisfied with the amount of 800 mcg in the package there are 250 pills and they are kosher.

My hair is really, really, really fine! When I use a hairbrush that is not good for me, it hurts my scalp a lot, and even though the hair is pulled lightly, it’s really unpleasant. In search of a good and soft brush, it is important to be soft, I came across this interesting brush on iHerb. According to its description, the brush removes the natural shine of the hair and is designed to reduce pain.
I ordered this one because it had many recommendations. Her bristles are not as soft as I wanted them to be but it’s really good! It doesn’t hurt me or pull my hair. Warmly recommended!

Over all it’s a really good order of important and useful things, apart from the tea which I didn’t like much, but all the other things are excellent! iherb is so much fun!
